Recent experience has shown that this on-line registration service may not accept transactions on certain cards. This is a matter beyond our control, as the problem with the acceptance of the cards seems to be due to security protocols set by the issuer of the cards.

Cancellation
- If cancellation is made before 14 August 2009, the payment will be reimburse after deduction of £50 per person for administration.
- If cancellation is made between 15 August and 10 September 2009 the corresponding payments will be returned after deduction of £100 per person for administration.
- If cancellation is made after 11 September 2009, NO payments will be returned at all. The date of cancellation corresponds to receipt of cancellation.
