EXTRAORDINARY PARLIAMENTARY WEEK FOR ALFED!

Ludlow MP Philip Dunne, a senior member of ALFED's All-Party Parliamentary Group, will lead a half-hour Adjournment debate in the House of Commons on Tuesday 2 February 2010, starting 10.00pm.

The subject of the Debate will be "The Future of the UK Aluminium Industry".

A high-level ALFED delegation will meet with the Minister of State at the Department of Business Innovation and Skills, the Rt. Hon. Pat McFadden MP, on Thursday 4 February 2010.

Key issues impacting negatively on the UK Aluminium Industry, including the EU Emissions Trading Scheme, Energy Supply and Prices, and the Government's proposed Climate Change Levy Rebate reduction, will be discussed.
