The Engineering Employers Federation's Head of Climate and Environment Policy, Gareth Stace, was the guest speaker at ALFED's Parliamentary Breakfast Meeting on Tuesday 23 March 2010 at Westminster.
Mr Stace spoke about the impact of the Government's proposed Climate Change Levy Rebate reduction on UK industries, including the Aluminium Industry.
A "State of the Industry" report was given by ALFED's Immediate Past President, Henry Dickinson.
The Executive Director of the Aluminium Packaging Recycling Organisation, Rick Hindley, spoke about the "Challenges and Opportunities for Boosting the Recycling of Aluminium Packaging".
